  1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
  • Note that all sale items are FINAL. No items marked down or discounted are both ineligible for refund and returns

1.2 Exclusions

  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Items marked as final sale are non-returnable.

1.3 Initiating a Return

  • Provide your order number and details of the items you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

1.4 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

  • Our store offers a no refund/return policy on items discounted or on sale

2.1 Refund Process

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider

2.2 Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund within the specified timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company

  • No exchanges are to be made. Items are all final.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
